For my initial appointment, I chose to wear my charming, short-hemmed floral dress suitable for spring, along with a g-string, a black bra, and casual flat black shoes.

A formal agreement was established in writing. I will provide an approximation instead of an exact replica. Here some of the main items that were specified in the agreement, among many others:
- The participant is required to follow any given instructions.
- The participant must comply with all orders without the chance for challenge or objection.
- The participant is expected to always tell the truth.
- The participant is required to execute any directive promptly and swiftly without delay.
- The participant must address Mr. Lux as "The Master."
- Personal belongings are not allowed within the clinic premises; no cellphones, jewelry, or watches are permitted. The participant's car keys are the only item allowed to be brought inside. Upon entry, the participant must place them on the entrance table.
- Intercourse is forbidden for the duration of the program.
- The participant is obligated to follow instructions at all times, including during the intervals between sessions.
- Questioning is not allowed at any time.
- The participant is not permitted to speak unless specifically requested.
- The participant is to seek discipline if a mistake is made.
- When the participant is on her period, the clinic requires immediate notification, and scheduled sessions will be postponed.
- The participant is responsible for preventing pregnancy.
- Grooming is a prerequisite for each session.
- The participant is instructed to wear the designated clothing and no other items.
Approximately 100 items were encompassed within the agreement.
The program was priced at $2,000. Additionally, the agreement included a provision that specified a 'safe word', which was: "LUX, I’M OUT".
This indicated that at any point during the therapeutic process, I had the right to utter those words, resulting in the immediate cessation of treatment.

Following the tour, we returned to the location of the couch, where he instructed, “Monica, I would like you to take a seat and spread your legs.”
I found this request to be rather unusual. The atmosphere around me didn’t feel entirely therapeutic, yet I perceived Mr. Lux as either a physician or a therapist.
Additionally, I was now bound by contract to follow his instructions.
As I opened my legs, he raised his voice, saying, “Monica, you are to refer to me as ‘Master.’ You must respond to every command I issue with ‘Yes, Master,’ do you understand?”
With my legs apart, a bashful smile on my face and my cheeks flushed, I replied, “Yes, Master.”
